Four reasons why coffee is good for you!
Did you know that coffee is the most consumed beverage in the Netherlands? Each year we drink an average amount of 165 liters of coffee. It just so happens that I’m one of those people. I love coffee! I have written down four reasons why coffee is good for you.
- It sharpens your memory and keeps you alert. If you drink coffee in the morning for an important meeting or exam, then that will have a positive effect on the way you function.
- It decreases the chance of dementia and Parkinson.
- A cup of black coffee contains barely any calories.
- And last but not least…it accelerates the metabolism and fat burning.
